Shipping and Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale or festive periods where it may take up to 72-96 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. All domestic orders will take about 2-5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only and to the specific geographies serviced by them. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours except Sunday/Public holidays (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments).

The shipping charge is inclusive of its service tax for every order. For multiple products ordered, the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. The shipping charge also depends on the distance between the customer location and Seller’s location as well as the recommended mode of delivery for the nature of the product. Thus, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Extra charges will be levied when the customer opts for Cash on Delivery payment option. Cash on Delivery option will only be available to verified Buyers. A maximum 2 attempts will be made by the logistics partner to make the goods delivered if the Buyer is not available at the address provided by him.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

REFUND POLICY

No cancellations or returns or refunds are permitted once the order has been placed on the site.

Refunds could be permitted only when according to the Buyer the product delivered has been expired or received the product in an unsatisfactory condition or if the packaging is tempered or if wrong product has been delivered. The Buyer can raise the complaint within 2 days from the receipt of product by writing to us and sending the relevant photographs at support@moipot.com. If the claim is found satisfactory, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount.

For such permitted cancellations, we will refund payments, if any, made by you under the relevant order within approximately 7 working days. In such situation, we may ask you to share your Bank Account details for refunding the amount.

Orders may be cancelled by us or the Seller in any of the following cases:

  1. if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or
  3. in case of unavailability of product(s), or
  4. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
