Son and successor of the legendary Bengali confectioner and Rosogolla inventor Nobin Chandra Das, Krishna Chandra Das (K.C. Das) is also known for his original innovations. One of them being vacuum canned Rossogolla, the legacy of K.C Das is truly the reason behind invention of this delight, nearly considered as National Sweet of India. Ball-shaped delicious dumplings of chhena and semolina dough, one bite of Rasgulla and it simply melts in your mouth.
