Besan churma by Laxmi Misthan Bhandar's (LMB) is one of the specialty of Rajasthan cuisine and is also a crowd favourite. Prepared by deep frying the besan (gram flour) dumplings and then mixing with sugar powder and cardamom (elaichi), it is best served with hot dal batis. Heaven!
