Bhavnagari small ganthia also known as ‘King of snacks’ is a very popular dish and is almost present everywhere. There is probably no place in Gujarat where you won’t be able to get your hands on this delicious treat. The deep-fried thick noodles (sev) type snacks made from gram flour (besan) batter and combined with choice masalas are soft, chewy and have the perfect amount of flavours for that extra kick of aroma and flavour. An awesome tea-time savoury which works well with chutney and garnished with curry leaves (kari patta) and coriander (dhanya).
