Masala Khakhra are made by kneading the whole wheat dough into thin discs. After adding titillating mixture of turmeric powder, cumin seeds (jeera), carom seeds (ajwain), black til (sesame seeds) to it, they are roasted to make it crispy. A cup of kadak chai with this khakhara is ideal for snacking!
