Move aside the regular halwas, for the icehalwas are here to rule. The blend of corn flour, sugar syrup and ghee gives this luscious rose coloured dish a rubbery texture. With embedded pistas (pistachios), makes it crunchy yet soft, giving a refreshing change from the regular sooji (semolina) or dal (lentil) halwas. Main ingredients are Corn Flour, Cow Ghee, Cardamom (elaichi),Cardamom Powder, Lemon Juice, Pista and Rose water.
