Put Metkut powder onto soft rice along with ghee + salt. This is specially used at home when someone is sick with temperature and feeling tasteless. Or you can mix Metkut powder with chilli powder and curd with some salt. The mixture also goes well with chapati or wheat bread. Or Metkut powder goes well with upma. Or Metkut also goes onto uttapa. Or add some Metkut, salt, finely chopped coriander & onion to yogurt. Eat like a raita. Or toast of bread slice, apply some butter, Metkut & salt. Eat when toast is hot.
